Can someone please explain to me what Michigan has done to deserve a Top 10 ranking? They beat Middle Tennessee, and took double OT to get past Army.

      Stupid.

At least the dropped 3 spots. I was wondering if they’d stay at 7. The local UofM radio station is attempting to sell how good Army is…fans aren’t buying it.

But just like any fanboy,  if UofM wins in Camp Radall in two weeks – this misfire will be long forgotten by fans and media.

They are the insurance policy for a B10 playoff team in case Ohio State gets beat.

This might be an unpopular post but I think people could ask the same about Utah when they inevitably end up in the top 10 next week.

Well, by transitive property, we’ve already beaten Tennesee.

We won’t break the top 10 until we have played the USC game.  After we beat them in the Coliseum, we’ll be as deserving as anyone else 1-10.

With good reason.  Ute fans have forgotten what a normal offense should look like. Kwhitt offensive style does not work at a top 10 level.

Huh? Yes it does. He just has to have an offensive coordinator who sees things eye to eye with him and Ludwig clearly does. In fact, with Andy Ludwig as their OC, the last game Utah lost was 2007 @ BYU. He arguably is the perfect offensive coordinator for a Whittingham-coached team because his offenses are designed to maximize the talent of the players the team ACTUALLY HAS. Instead of the Troy Taylor approach of taking a team built to run the ball and then force them to throw, throw, and then throw again. And then maybe run the ball a couple times once your team is down by two touchdowns (if you can’t tell I’m talking about the 2018 Washington @ Utah game). Personally, I have absolutely loved what I’ve seen from the offense so far this season. They’ve actually exceeded my expectations.
