  Chip Kelly had never lost to Oregon State. Even when the Beavers were a top-15 team in 2009, Kelly punched them in the nose in the Civil War and kept them from a Rose Bowl berth.
  
  I still think that win will endear Johnathon Smith in the minds of a lot of Beaver fans. Looking at it from my perspective it just means how bad fUCLA sucks. In fact I think the players are at that point of quitting and want the AD to fire him sooner rather than later.

  Any transferees we would want? This is one of the advantages of the new portal. You can pick over teams that are falling apart.

    Wouldn’t mind any of fUCLA talent. Feel bad those kids chose to play for Kelly. Guy has stunk for years. Doubt he even lands on Fox after this egg on the face coaching job.
