      Why? A lot of kids want to go away for school/sports. Washington/Stanford/USC/etc are all good schools and football programs. I certainly wouldn’t mind my kids (don’t have any) to go explore good opportunities and get their education.

        One of the top 5 cliche’s of why kids leave Utah for other schools. Utah pays the highest amount of all P12 teams on recruiting and hovers down at the bottom every year. Waaaay too many Utah kids leave for other programs.

          Define how Utah “hovers at the bottom”. I’d say dollars invested into recruiting are currently paying dividends.
