That’s what I’ll remember most about him as well.  I honestly don’t blame him for saying what he said though.  I don’t think he meant it as any kind of disrespect.  He’s a confident guy, he was trying to build a tough program, and the way his team played in the first half I can see why he’d be thinking the way he did.  I think most programs would love to have a guy like him be your head coach.  But to use an old Whittingham-ism: “You gotta be held accountable.”
