      Only if you play for TDS it’s not a crime. If that were anyone else, they would get jail time. Next question is what is the school honor code people going to do with him?

      “struggled counting to 30”  Twice.  Oh, boy.  Was his lawyer claiming improper search and sobriety test?

        To be fair, he does attend BYU-P. Counting to 30 is a bit much for them even when they’re sober.

        Honestly though, if you didn’t see this refusal to press charges coming, you’ve been living under a rock.

          That’s what I was thinking, he’s not being let off out of favortism but more likely because of officer error.

      Well when the DA prosecutor is a graduate from law school at TDS, its easy to look the other way. Also his wife is a professor at the school too. Can we all say home cooking.?
