      Per 247. Makes the jump from the #18 RB to the #14 RB nationally and becomes the highest rated RB the Utes have ever signed out of high school.

      I think ESPN always had him listed as a 4 star but not top 300.

      Really?  I thought he already WAS a 4-star RB.  Oh well.  Good for Parks, and good for Utah!

        He was on a few sites, now he is a composite 4 star. Not every site is the same. 247 has Tufanga as a 4 star while Rivals doesn’t. Rivals had Parks as a 4 star before 247 did until their recent re-evaluations.
