Enough negativity from me… I’d like to bring to attention the fact that Jakob

is doing an excellent job for the Spurs. Some even think he is their best player. He’s averaging 14 pts, 10 rebounds, and 1 block per game. Shooting %30 from ft line. OUCHIE! he was shooting them quite well when he left here, not sure what happened.

Poeltl took a while to start making a significant impact, but he has definitely secured a long term NBA career with his play the last year or two. He’s a big guy that can move decently well laterally, he can rebound, he can block shots, and he can make the smart play on offense. That is still valuable in today’s NBA.
