      So apparently a modification has been made to the rule?  Looked like the kind of hit they want to get rid of.

      Georgia pulling a Utah on the Duckies, unfortunately, 21-0.
      Oregon has not been able to put any pressure on the QB.

      I’ve been astounded by the difference between targeting this year vs previous years. All games, all conferences. We’re back to football!

      Blocking below the waist outside the tackle box is the big emphasis now.

      The announcer said it was good because the “crown” of the helmet. In this example he used the “forehead”. This is a distinction that seems to be new. In other words, if your head is down and you hit with the top of the helmet = targeting. If your head is up a little bit, you’re cool.
