      Early afternoon start. Might be a little late for lunch, but you could stretch it. First thing that comes to mind while I’ll be sitting on my couch typing cusswords in the chat room is NACHOS.  Lots of cheese and jalapenos and Arizona Gunslinger hot sauce. What’s on your menu? Let’s share some ideas.

      Ribs, smashed potatoes, brock’s corn(frozen cobs, so we’ll see how it held up) and Melvin 2×4.

      I’m going to give smoked chicken bombs a shot.  They look fairly hard to mess up so why not.

      I can’t stop picking up Raising Cane’s on game day. We get the 25 tender platter and gallon lemonade. I’m totally addicted.

        Never heard of Raising Cane’s.  I’ll have to look it up.

          They’re the bastards that replaced hoppers on fort union. First time I had them was after the 35-0 first quarter vegas bowl because there was some sort of free tender promotion. Good, not great, chicken tender chain.

      best dip ever: smoked salmon from my fishing trip to the west side of vancouver island this summer and cream cheese. quick, easy, and most importantly, not something i can screw up. pair with a Kilt Lifter every time Utah scores a TD and I’ll be ready for a well-deserved nap around 10 minutes after the game ends.
