I’m usually not one to take much stock in what the talking heads say but they did have it right on Rising’s poise. On that last drive he had two responsibilities: 1) score, and 2) take time off the clock.
He didn’t force any throws, made a couple of clutch 3rd down plays and kept the clock moving. Rising doesn’t get the press the others do but he showed in head-head matchups that he is at least the equal of both Stroud and Williams. Really, the only difference has been the weapons at his disposal.
