      its even more crazy when you notice his longest catch was only 30 yards. He was just an absolute machine cranking out 10-20 yards every time he caught the ball.

      Its close between him and Phillips, but I think he might be the best athlete on the team

      Rising is a “deceptively fast” athlete. Meaning he’s a fast white guy. I’d make a case for him being one of the absolute best athletes on the team also.

      Going to be a tough selection for Pac-12 Ohfensive Player of Week.  Kincaid with near-record-setting TE performance or Rising with 2 clutch plays for the win on top of the rest of his performance.
