      It is Matchday 3 for groups E and F

      Group E

      Costa Rica – Germany — Our CONCACAF brothers, Los Ticos, eliminate Deutschland with a win or draw

      Group F

      Belgium – Croatia — Luka Modrić and his checkered side eliminate the world #2 with a win. A draw means Belgium needs some help from the land of beer and hockey in their match against Morocco

      How to improve soccer (stolen from a tweet I saw recently):

      1) Shrink the field, its way too big.

      2) Have only 5 players plus the goalie on each team.

      3) Allow continuous substitution; why stop play for that?

      4) Make the goal smaller.

      5) Ice.  Cover the field in ice.
