      I hope that our entire coaching staff stays intact after the Rose Bowl.  Often when a team excels as we have, coaches will get poached.  However, I don’t see Scalley going anywhere since I believe he is the unofficial coach-in-waiting.  Ludwig has been all over the country and I don’t think he wants any more changes.  Shah isn’t going anywhere IMO.  Harding could probably go anywhere he wants, but that has been the case for years.  So, can we keep the entire staff here?

      Continuity helps with recruiting and player development.  If we can get a few key transfers to fill the voids at WR and TE – next year’s team could once again be special.

      Right now I think the biggest threat is Swan to Weber State. That dude is so important to this program. They need to make sure and keep him here.
