      Hello, how about that ride in? I guess that’s why they call it sin city. Hahaha! You guys might not know this but I consider myself a bit of a loner and last year I was a one-man PAC 12 championship game tickets holder before the season even started. I thought for sure I would be the fool reselling my tickets and then Utah beat USC 43-42 in SLC and some fellow PAC 12 championship ticket-holding Ute Fans were added. I was there first, alone, and then later, the other Ute fans joined. Then as the dominos started to fall as Oregon State beat Oregon, and Washington finished its season, I said, “Wait a minute, could it be?”, and then I knew we were adding more fans and eventually another PAC 12 championship, and memory I’ll never forget. – Allen Garner Parody (The Hangover)

      But seriously, sometimes I look back and can hardly believe we even got to go to that game. What a crazy and wonderful year.

      My only disappointment with past season was the Oregon loss. Because the dominoe fell for that win as well and Utah couldn’t seem to get out of its own way. Credit Oregon for sure.  I am super glad that Utah has a kicker. I really hope he works out.

        I agree with you about the Oregon game.  Our offense could not deliver that night.

      The best memory I have of the 2023 season was the 43-42 win against USC.  Rising and Kincaid’s performances were amazing.  Kincaid was targeted 16 times and made 16 catches for over 200 yards.  We will likely never see anything like that again.  And then you add what Cam Rising did.  What a gutsy performance down the stretch by Cam.  It was an amazing night.  The only other Utah game that is close to it in my 60 years of fandom would be the 2009 Sugar Bowl against Alabama.

        Going blow for blow offensively with USC is something I never foresaw happening. I still love the P12 championship game more. It was funny to woodshed USC.

        I thought I’d never see such an emotional, intense, stressful, & awesome game as TCU ’08.  Last year’s USC game beat that, mostly because I enjoy beating SC more than anyone else out there.
