  With Utah moving from 4½-point to 6-point favorite, it appears QB Cam Rising will return Saturday vs. UCLA. Utah coach Kyle Whittingham said Rising was full participant in practice last week w/no contact. Rising hasn't played since tearing his ACL in Rose Bowl

  If he does play the scene there will be even more amazing. We were thinking of coming out from California for this game but we decided to do the Oregon game instead.
