The answer to Utah’s offense all season was :

      1) Sione Vaki at RB
      2) Tommy Togai at LT
      3) Finally getting to play against Cal’s defense

Was it me or does it seem like Vaki has the best vision of any of our running backs right now (including JQJ)?

They run different plays for Jackson and Vaki. Until the long TD, I wasn’t impressed with the Vaki Wildcat since CAL could easily key off it.

It’s not like Jackson is slow. This was really the first time all season I’ve seen them try him off tackle. Although, to be fair, there haven’t been very many edge play calls for the RB’s this year so next week will tell us if it was an anomaly or something the offense will finally incorporate

I still like JJ better when it’s between the tackles. JJ seems to do better with contact still I think
