      Hate blaming refs, but man. That OPI call, and the Pin call when Penix throw that ball to Japan. PAC 12 refs are going to need some new jobs.

        Always are. Though I am surprised the Tunuufi hit to Barnes wasn’t reviewed for targeting. The refs even announced forcible contact to the head or neck when they called roughing.

        That was more indicative than the Fotu hit, in my opinion, since the returner was not defenseless.
