Upper bowl seats in the Huntsman Center?

  I don’t follow basketball very closely but am interested in going to a game sometime. I know in the past the upper bowl was closed off by curtains, but that the curtains then came down the last few games of the season and upper bowl tickets could be bought for cheap.
  
  What’s the deal with the upper bowl this year?
  
  When I go online to try and buy tickets up there, the upper bowl is marked as “general admission”, but I can’t find any way to buy seats in that area.
  
  Anyone know what the deal is for this year?

  You buy a general admission ticket and can sit anywhere in the upper bowl. There’s also a lower bowl GA section behind the band.
