      I thought we were going to be a defensive team with length that shut down the 3 point line and protected the paint with two 7 footers.

      You don’t play defense well, you’re not going to win on the road.

      What happened to the, “get after their asses!” Defensive intensity?

      Back to the drawing board.

      That’s an example of what I was talking about on another post about the team not only not improving but getting worse as the season goes on.

      To start the season out looked like a good defensive and rebounding team, but as the season went on they both dropped off.

      I miss the Majerus seasons of stellar defense where teams would regularly shoot in the 30% range and star players would have career lows in scoring against us.
