      Smith might be over his head, but Burgess is not. If we can keep Burgess he should be the Utes steadying influence. He did wonders with Carlson in his first year. He knows the landscape and knows his stuff. Most importantly he is a motivator. Craig Smiths right hand man an or my vote to be the man!
