Lol…does anyone do any research before they engage the keyboards? This guy is as American as anyone on this site seeing as he was born in Phoenix and has lived his entire life in the US. Based on that, I doubt that he has more than just the basics of the Mongolian Language down. He does have Mongolian nationality via his parents.
Do a little more research. He grew up in Mongolia. I don’t know exactly what that means in terms of time spent in Mongolia but he has spent much of his life living in Mongolia.
dude you don’t even know how immigration law works. He doesn’t need a green card, he just needs a student visa. He cannot take any NIL deal though as I remember. Same as Jack Bouwmeester
