      Interesting read and novel approach to detail just how long conference realignment has been underway…and while I was expecting a bit more at the end, you’ll smile just the same – trust me!

        It essentially starts back in the 1800s with what is now the B1G forming the first conference. It goes through the major conference realignments throughout the history of college football. At the end, they ask the question of what’s next and quote three people and what they have to say. One of those quotes is Whitt talking about how he thinks it’s moving towards 2 super conferences, and it’s going to be made up of the schools with the most money.
