      I read somewhere he stays as an “advisor”. Whatever that means.

        That sounds like a term of his exit package. However, I wonder if he’ll be able to stay away from football or if he’ll be back as a coach in some capacity like John Pease or that guy from Florida whose name I’m forgetting.

          It’s actually part of his current package. He is guaranteed an advisor position for 5 years, 1 mm per year.

            Is that the language? I seem to remember his last deal being that rate for all years left on his contract but I’m not remembering a specific time limit after he steps down.
