Offensive analyst Mike Bajakian is expected to be elevated from his position to help with play-calling

Happy to see it. You’re getting paid huge dollars for results and you’re not producing them. Good luck to Ludwig on his future endeavors but this was overdue. I have to imagine Whit approached him about at least demoting him and he decided to instead resign.

Not much choice after what the players have been posting online.

      From the DNews article:

Dorian Singer has kept his head down and worked hard, leading the team in receptions (33) and receiving yards (486), but his talent hasn’t been utilized to its maximum potential. After the loss, he posted “wasted talent” on Instagram.

Landen King, who had 14 receptions for 166 yards and three touchdowns last year, has one target and zero catches this year. After the TCU game, he posted “free me” to his Instagram story.

I read on X that some players deleted those posts. Now I can’t find the X post that said that.

Can anybody confirm this? I’m not on Instagram so I can’t know.

This is a step in the right direction. I don’t know if it will fix all our issues (definitely not in time for Houston) but I’m not sure it can get any worse. Let’s see how the team responds to this move. All things considered I think they will respond well to this. Whitt is showing them he’s willing to take accountability and make a real change. Hopefully it’s not too little too late (some may say it already is)

even if the next guy calls all of the exact same plays as TCU but in a different order, it will be a huge improvement. And there’s really not much more you can do in a week. Same playbook, different calls and the rhythm to how they are called. Maybe slightly different substitution patterns. The real changes will happen between Houston and the parochial school.

Appreciate Andy for all he’s done for Utah Football, but it was time. It had to happen.

Give me Brennan Marion as OC or give me death.

Jordan Davis (not the eagles player or country singer) but the north Texas OC. They’ve been piling on some points this year.

So can we get a more “simple” playbook and get some new plays real quick? Like by Saturday?

If Utah loses to Houston, not even letting Ledwig go will fix this.

New poll idea “Should Utah win the football game against Houston?”
