      * More play action on first down. Teams are stacking the box and we run right into them.
      * Plays that actually set up other plays. We have been terrible at that.
      * Plays that stretch the field, which will open our run game.
      * intermediate routes. I’m really tired of having 3rd down and 8 and every receiver is either running a deep route or a 2 yrd route.
      * More or our TE’s. We keep running plays designed for Kuithe, but we have more dynamic players at that position that are just collecting dust on the sidelines.
      * Give Wilson more chances to keep it on the QB run options. He kept it more Saturday (3 times?) then we have all year AND it worked. We shouldn’t have that play in the play book if we don’t force the defense to honor it.

The play action is fine but it better be quick. There was a lot of play action on Saturday but it took wayyy too long to develop the play and because TCU was blitzing every play nothing good ever came out of it. If you’re gonna play action make it quick.

Note I said on PA needs to be on 1st down more. Not 2nd or 3rd and long.

I would like to see us have a plan for when Houston blitzes the $@$@# out of us, because they will. The ball needs to come out of Wilson’s hands much faster. We could use more quick screens (I saw two on Saturday, and they worked pretty well), a reliable “hot route” that the defense hasn’t already taken away, etc. We need a game plan that is appropriate for a true freshman quarterback.

Man Pedro it would nice if we came out in some different formations and move Singer and Kuithe around in different spots. If they’re blitzing almost every play tight end 5-10 yrd hook. Swing pass to the back in the flat. QB roll out. If every blitz turns in to a 10 yrd gain they might quit blitzing?

We’ve got to get Wilson in a situation for some quick hit throws. He holds onto the ball for way too long when given normal developing plays. Either that or the rest of the offense dislikes him and has not intention of working to get open. I’m not sure where the problem lies.

I’d like to see more 5-10y TE passes and more screen passes (which I normally hate) to get the ball out of Wilson’s hands faster. I’d like to see another RB carry the ball 10-15 times and not hate life…I don’t care which one but someone has to start developing to back up Bernard.

I’d like to see the Oline step up and block. Wilson cannot expect 5-7 seconds in the pocket. He should NOT be asked to run up the middle. Aside from that…well we only have a few games left and we aren’t going to anything big so lets just develop what we have and see it improve.
