What have you done for me lately

I’ve been a Ute BB and FB fan since the mid 60’s. From Jack Gardner (milk bottle under his seat) to Majerus. Basketball was king. Sellout crowds and national relevance. Football a .500 winning pct. was a good year and making a bowl game was a special year.

McBride brought back hope for football. Urban took us to the next level (with an innovative offense). Whitt as brought the program to national prominence with a tough defensive style and two Rose bowls.

Fast forward to 2023-2024. Injuries to our #1 QB and lots of starters have derailed what could have been. We’ve gone from CFP hopes to losing our OC and just trying to survive the rest of the season. In this era of NiL portal and coaches making piles of cash expectations have exceeded results. What have you done for me lately is now the new norm.
