I honestly can’t think of a reason Utah doesn’t get blown out other than 1) we are at home 2) it’s a rivalry

      Gonna be rough :/

Does anyone have any sort of reason as to why we win?

I don’t think being at home means anything this year.

“Any given Saturday.” It’s true. I’ve seen teams with much less than talent than this Utah beat teams with much better talent than this BYU team. That’s not disrespect to them . Just truth about football. This Utah team STILL has a lot of talent. Two dips**ts are no longer on the team. The morale is much higher the last 2 weeks. We will roll a QB they have no film on. We aren’t playing 2019 LSU for god’s sake. I’m usually too optimistic and have to talk myself back into reality but I have a really good feeling about Saturday night.
🎶So fill your lungs and sing it out and shout it to the sky. We’ll fight for dear old Crimson, for a Utah man am I!🎶

Pittman and Lyons are not on the team anymore. “Kicked off” or shown the door. Either way it sounds like a much needed tumor was removed.

Utah can still play D and BYU is not the offensive juggernaut people seem to think they are.

      24-17 BYU unfortunately

I think the Defense is still solid, if they get a little help from the Offense in at least possessing the ball for a time and scoring a little more than recently.

The only chance for this is going to be dependent on Rose being better with more reps now, and possibly knowing he is the starter and getting practiced up for it. The receivers have to help him out by giving extra effort, catching balls that are slightly off target and for sure grabbing every well thrown balls, no drops. No turnovers allowed.

Then the xfactor of Bernard. TDS may have no answer for Bernard if the O line can open up some creases.
      Go Utes!

Just blast Starships “nothings gonna stop us now” and you’ll feel it. Utes are winning this.

I think Vegas has a way of telling the truth when fans are emotional. BYU thinks they are going to crush us. Many Utah fans seem to think the same. They are only favored by 4 as the #9 team in the country for a reason though. And don’t say it’s because it’s a “road” game either, because it hardly has a road game feel for either of these teams when they play each other. Utah is a wounded animal right now but those are often the most dangerous.

BYU is undefeated playing for a conference championship and possible 4 seed in the CFP. They are solid on defense and create turnovers. Offense is balanced with the run and pass. QB is playing his best football. They are favored by 4-5 pts.

With that said give me the Utes. I’m putting my money on the Utes. We have nothing to lose and I can’t wait to see the cougar faithful walking out with their cougar tails between their legs. Go Utes
