      Bet Bama gets in with 3 losses. But they shouldn’t. Really, the ACC could make a claim for 2 teams. Miami, SMU, and Clemson should get in over a 3 loss SEC team, but we all know how it will turn out.

        How about four? The Iron Bowl versus Auburn certainly isn’t a gimme. Personally though, I think that Bama is at the edge of the precipice at three losses and not having the ability to even play in the SEC CG.

          DeBoer might not get a 2nd season. Not sure he’s ever lost 3 games in a season before. Maybe at Fresno?

          edit: Yes to Fresno. Alabama fan will be ready to run a guy with 15 career losses out of town if he loses next week, if not sooner.

            He lost three games in both of his seasons as the HC at Fresno.

      Nobody looks invincible. This was a perfect year for a non-powerhouse team to make some noise, and perhaps even win it all. Sad we couldn’t take advantage of it.
