  Question: Tell me, at this point in time, what is the downside to disclosing if ‘you’re (Whitt) coming back?’ There is NO downside! And likewise, if you’re moving on, ‘what’s the downside to disclosing it? There is NO downside! THINK ABOUT IT! Uncertainty…that’s what you’ve got right now!
  
  You want the best talent? You gotta get after it EARLY, and be the first to knock down the doors of opportunity. Sounds like you boys are OK with losing and mediocrity. Not Me. You want an example? OK. DR. Hill had his sights on Urban long before the end of the ’02 season. Urban to Utah was a done deal the moment the Utah/BYU game finished. And we nailed it!
