So, who will be in the QB room for spring ball?

What a mess.

What I’m hoping for is just our QB1, whoever it is, just stay healthy the entire year.

That is all I want for Christmas.

Wilson I still think he transfers. He needs a fresh start. Things were bad on and off the field.

Both freshman are supposed to be here in for spring ball but Whit can’t make that mistake again

Here is my issue. Whit’s reputation with OC’s proceeds him. Is he gonna make Beck change his offense to “whit ball” run run pass punt flip the field win time of possession or his he gonna step back and let him create?

Whit will be whit and he’ll be beck’s “helpful” shadow.

Utah will bring in at least 1 TP QB in this first cycle so he’s here for spring. The rumors are Beck will bring Dampier with him from NM? Frankly I think Utah can do better than him but again it all depends on what type of offense whit lets Beck run.

I would bet Utah will bring in another post spring TP QB to competing the fall after they see what they have in the spring and have a better idea on rose’s future

I know that Wilson is still smaller given his age, but I can’t see him staying and running the offense as it is currently ran at New Mexico.

He took a beating this year and had to scrape himself off the turf. I don’t see him talking the amount of punishment a running QB requires and making it through a season since he already missed time from injuries.

I’m also curious about when Wilson will have his knee surgery we all thought he was going to have already.

No one will know because Whitt will not tell anyone.

Out of all our current QB’s, the ones I hope the most will stick around are Rose and Bottari. They both have stuck with us for multiple seasons despite not sniffing the field, and have shown us this season they are at minimum serviceable backups.
