      I noticed we offered Idaho Vandals WR Mark Hamper. 6’2”, 210 redshirt freshman WR with over 950 yards avg 20.1 yards a catch. Has an official visit with Wisconsin. Does anyone know if he’s git an official visit with Utah or how hard Utah is going after this kid? Looks like a stud and someone we could use.
