      Trejan Bridges just tweeted he was granted a year of eligibility. From what I remember, he was close to joining Utah before the U’s President shut it down. Is that accurate? Any chance he joins Utah for 2025?

        Not impressed so far with Beck’s recruiting reach.

        Beck better deliver a system that doesn’t depend on individual talent because he hasn’t recruited much individual talent.

            Didn’t say Beck has brought in no individual talent.

            I love/like Dampier, Parker and Whittmore. But 2 of 3 came from our new staff’s prior schools.

            Beyond those 3, the individual talent isn’t impressive. It really can’t be argued.

            Based on this I presume and have to hope they fit and complement Beck’s system, that his system works and his system doesn’t rely as much on individual talent as it does scheme.

            This is the direction I think we need to go anyway. If we’re a feeder for P2 and schools with more NIL, to be competitive we’re going to have to have as good an offensive system as our defensive system has been. So, individual players lost to the portal are more easily replaced.

      Looks like Bridges plays for Central Arkansas now. Had 53 catches for 748 yards and 6 TDs. Team went 6-6.
