There are a few things he needs to get better at. He needs to be better at keeping a locker room together. He needs to CLOSE on the recruiting trail. He needs to get better in game at adjusting to the opponents game plan. Especially what they are doing defensively. I felt we played right into what the other team wanted us to do on well over one occasion this year.
