  Is this not exactly the definition of targeting? Lead with his helmet, eyes down, defenseless player, hit high, & helmet to helmet contact.

    No flag, actually I was attempting to find the targeting-no-call in the Iowa vs Wisconsin game, but I couldn’t find it.

  That play is textbook targeting. School of Roscoe helmet first tackle. So dangerous for both parties.
