I don’t see how injured defensive players matters to offensive guys. Huntley has been awful all game. Moss isn’t used at all correctly hard for me to hate on him.
Utah took USC and Stanford to the line when playing full strength. What I’m saying is that gameplans adjust to key players being sidelined. Hallendale 3 are at no more blame than to the rest of players on the field. Just don’t like calling them out individually. Those kids are positive, love Utah football, and give it their all every game.
And, we beat Arizona without its better QB and also beat UCLA without its starting QB/WR. Also barely beat ND and TDS. And, turnovers are also part of the game. It’s not as though the offense just gave the ball to them. WSU did earn those turnovers.
Just saying there are a lot of variables. In the final analysis, we are just not good. D-line is average. O-line is below average.
@justaute Fully agree. If you don’t have a pass rush, you’re going to have a long season in the PAC. If you don’t have competent O-line, bet on an even longer season. Tyley Huntley sure looked a lot like Brett Hundley in our game against UCLA in 2014.
