      Interesting. I don’t know much about sumlin other than that he’s a good recruiter. 

      Scandal and reputation aside, is he a better coach than rich rod?

        He had a really good run before aTm when he was at Houston.  Out of the few big coaching names available he’s probably the one guy who would have landed the most comfortably on the foundation Rich Rod built.  And by that I mean he was the best guy available to coach up a dynamic offense with a QB like Khalil Tate.

        If you look at his history he has a pretty good track record with quarterbacks, so I’m sure Tate will continue to be a real impact player under Sumlin.

      Yes they love the hire but—- (Happy for him. It is also a better fit and opportunity IMO. He will kick it in Pac-12) Yes the way they whipped on UCLA this yr. (sarcasm)
