Covington should give it a go. 😉 Carrington has really no reason to play in that game. You would be stupid to not draft that kid if you need a WR who will catch a pass and get open…or who cares he will catch it if he is covered.
I would say the value of the risk is that Carrington has not fully rehabilitated himself and the chance to spend a week with NFL scouts, coaches, and GM’s could raise his stock. The risk of injury is real but as we saw with Joe Williams it only takes 1 exec getting to know the “real you” to overcome the character issues and have an organization reach for you in the draft.
