      I saw on PAC 12 network an interview with Hopkins, who was a family friend of mine, that he won Coach of year? After the articles stating Coach K won. I was going to bring it up earlier but decided not to. Anyone got word on this Oscar discrepancy?!?!?!!

        I think the PAC-12 named Hopkins pac-12 coach of the year and the AP named coach K pac-12 coach of the year. I could be wrong though, it is a bit confusing.

        Mike Hopkins was named Pac 12 Coach of the Year as voted on by the Pac-12 coaches.
        
        Coach Krysto was named AP Pac 12 Coach of the Year as voted on by the media that cover the Conference.

        I really think the other coaches don’t like Larry. I mean this is pretty much a no brainer. Unless you think he is a good coach to give you a win.

        I don’t think it’s solely a Larry issue. I think the other groups don’t like Utah. I don’t know if it is a “new kid on the block” thing, or a mormon thing or what, but it’s getting a little ridiculous. From Skinner to Gionni Paul to Larry K, we are consistently being outright screwed out of these awards.
        
        It’s comical to have this happen time and time again. Huntley could win the Heisman and someone else would be first team QB.
