Whitt to Ohio St wouldn’t make sense. 1- Whitt has never recruited in the area with no state ties. 2- has never had a great offense 3- would need time to install his culture (Ohio st doesn’t allow time) and 4- is at the end of his career likely to retire in the next 5 years. My guess is if we get to the rose bowl next year (very real possibility) Whitt will start the process of getting ready to retire. Last of all Whitts family is all here grandkids etc. he isn’t going anywhere. Good or bad. He’s here until he’s done.
