Coaches Poll Ballot Analysis – Eastern Bias?

USA Today reported the individual ballots of Coaches Poll (Interactive Database).

I looked at the ballot averages overall for UW, WSU and Utah, by P5/Non-P5 and Time Zone (E,C,M&P). It’s hard to see the bias the East Coast supposedly has against the PAC-12 Schools, or any P5/Non-P5 bias. I looked at only the PAC-12 Schools UW, WSU and Utah. There was a slight bias from western coaches towards UW, WSU and Utah, however considering there or so few west coaches voting, no statistical significance.
