      Why would Utah want to take that path again when he was a co-coordinator with A Rod?

      A million reasons. 

      1- he isn’t ARod

      2- he didn’t call plays then

      3- he’s smarter/better now

      4- he can keep the offense the same

      5- our offense really picked up when he “helped” out Taylor. Why does Taylor get all the credit when our offense SUCKED before Harding stepped in?

      Those are really big reasons why.

        My understanding is he actually was the play caller on the field 2 years ago.

          ARod was the playcaller. Harding helped with prep, but play calling in the games was 100% ARod

      Here’s the biggest reason:

      Harding and Whitt know each other. They have a relationship that will work together instead of conflict. Their philosophies align. Our offense will work with the defense instead of the other way around.

          Adults have disagreements and come together and get better, like Whitt and Harding. That’s the best kind of working relationship. Co-workers willing to push each other and not agree all the time, but are willing to come together and make everyone around them better. 

          Another plus for Harding.
