      Watching Oregon/Duke. Oregon is up by a couple with a bout 3 min left in the first half.

      Not sure how long I can hang since I threw my back out really bad. May end up crashing on the floor.

      Get a foam roller for the back. I have to do mine like everyday. Way cheaper than a massage and it actually does work.

      I personally lost an inch of height because I was rarely able to convince the wife that cowgirl was good. Should have turned up the thermostat.
