I appreciate the response. Those are all decent points that show some overlap in merchandise, but I still don’t agree that a trademark can be that broad. One is primarily a professional hockey team, that happens to sell some related merchandise. The other is primarily a cooler company, that happens to sell some related merchandise.

It really has everything to do with merchandising. In addition to coolers, Yeti sells drinkware, tshirts, hats, camping equipment, etc…with the name “Yeti” affixed to them. It’s much harder for me to imagine plunking down big money for season tickets when there’s no USC, Oregon, Washington, Oregon State, Stanford…. dang. I guess I did it last year, and the previous 30 years but they should seriously reduce the CC and ticket costs. I know they won’t, but they should.

Especially in a year with 5 Big 12 home games. I guess with home-and-home swaps, it just works out some years that we need to be away for 2 non-conference games. To have 7 home games, you generally have to be paying the other team or getting 2 patsies. But we generally have tried 1 patsy (Cal Poly), 1 G5 (Wyoming), 1 P4 (UCLA).

Team (worry 1-10, 10 being worried they blow us out)
@UCLA (6) – solid team, but it’s going to be more about if we get the offense clicking. we typically have slow starts and it is on the road to start the season. will be a REALLY good indicator of how the season will go
