The thing about low expectations is it’s easy to exceed them. And the PROBLEM with this is that it makes it more likely Smith isn’t fired/leaves and thus we continue to wallow in mediocrity.

I vividly remember driving to UVU and NPR was talking about bitcoin being $10. I was like “man, if I had $10 I’d totally buy that”. But that was my top Ramen money for the week.

As an example I had 3 quotes on a 6 foot wood fence last year. 7 years ago the quote was $30 linear foot. Last year was $100, $60 and $53 a linear foot and the only guy that used 6×6 posts in his quote was the $53 guy.

Paid $16k in 2018. Removed 2 layers existing on 2500 sf home. No panels. Even with inflation it feels high. Get a couple of other quotes and you’ll know for sure

LOL…I remember not long ago when you could get a decent house for $56K. Now, that only gets you a roof? Inflation is a bitch….

I was nailed to my couch for all the USA games. Hopefully, they’ll spread the love in future editions and have games in other cities. You also need to include Russia and maybe have a Best of Europe team as well,

Kyle Kuzma deserves far more praise from the UofU fan community than he gets. He’s done as much for his community as any professional athlete. He is a good teammate. Smith’s biggest issue is going to continue to be recruiting. You can be a good X’s and O’s guy, but if you can’t recruit, you’re never going to be a consistently decent to good program. More NIL support would definitely help, but we also have to accept that Smith is just not a good salesman.

Yeah I think Lovering is out of eligibility after this year. He was a year late for the covid year.
