look, Smith Snowden stayed loyal to Utah! that’s very encouraging and a positive step in the right direction. hope his example will rub off on other players offered $$$ to transfer out of Utah. for that, have a little faith and believe that a move to the Big10 in the near future is a likely possibility

IMO, we had good talent on the roster last year even when we lost Rising, but I just believe Whitt fumbled the QB room so badily sticking with Wilson up until he got injured. As much as he didn’t trust Rose, Rose was beating TDS and doing it convincingly until he got hurt, which leads me to believe Whitt should’ve made a QB change one or two…[Read more]

Happy for Caleb! Still wished we would have utilized him more last year. 4 receptions and 4 TDs. Would have liked 8 and 8!

Signed with USC today.
Money aside, baffling to me that he would transfer there as from what I’ve read so far, he won’t even be starting. Goes from being WR1 to a back-up.

I have stayed away from CB for a long time. But, I wanted to see what they had to say about Snowden. There are at least a dozen threads over there discussing Snowden.

This is absolutely a thing now in college sports and you don’t even have to really be a star for it to apply to you. I mean there are guys who’re going to try and play in college as long as they can because they know they’ll be getting paid more there than as an NFL rookie.

I really can’t blame Shedeur himself too much – with how involved Deion has been I can imagine a lot of teams being unwilling to take the penalty of having a full-on media circus through the whole year if they can help it. No way he doesn’t go off the board today though

He has flaws in his game that don’t transfer to the NFL as well as character issues.

Some things can’t be bought. Loyalty, integrity and love for your teammates. I want him on my team whether it’s football, business or life in general. Football could end tomorrow integrity and commitment last a lifetime. Thanks Smith for staying and representing in football and class.

I see no reason to believe this experience will humble him. I have yet to see any member of his family do or say anything that indicates an ability to be humble.

I suppose some management teams just don’t want to deal with the spectacle- they would rather focus on getting ready for the season. Apparently his talent has not been deemed spectacular enough to outweigh the circus.
He will get his shot and if he is good enough he will be just fine. Perhaps he will refrain from continuing the Prime pageant- or…[Read more]

I think you’re right. I also think the reason he’s dropping is his sheer arrogance and distraction that he and his father will cause an organization.

Awesome! Not that this will stop the tdS from tampering with him. He’ll be Junior this year, so barring an early exit to the NFL’s 2026 draft, they’ll do it again.

I just don’t see the point of piling on. Whichever team eventually drafts him — and he will be drafted — will be getting a steal. And Sanders may likely even end up at a better team. And as this should most certainly humble and motivate him, this could experience could very well benefit his professional career.
