I don’t follow the NFL closely, but I’m surprised that Buffalo and Denver are in a wild card game. I would have assumed that Buffalo would be a playoff lock and Denver wouldn’t have won enough games to even get a wild card shot.

Possibly, but a lot of people said the same thing when he was hired by Jackson State and Colorado. However, both those schools saw their fortunes turned around almost immediately by his sheer presence.

Any NFL team that wants to ensure a circus environment and low probability of success should seriously consider hiring Prime Time. The Raiders seem like great fit.

Yeah, this is one of the 4-5 conference wins I have penciled in. Going into this game, Oklahoma State, though they already had one conference win, looked like the team most likely to lose to Utah. I really don’t like their chances in their next game @ TCU (who beat BYU today as well) on Wednesday and we’ll see what happens next Saturday versus BYU.

Ah, but Utah does too. So this was a pleasant surprise.
