Say Utah were to sign him tomorrow. Even though he can’t play until 2021, that would still count against 2020 numbers and scholarships, is that correct?

haven’t lived in Utah for decades but I don’t remeber Poly’s so dominating HS football. What is the % of Poly population in Utah?

Nah, just looked at 2021 USC recruiting…. looks like they’re killing it.
Utah and BYU will not play in 2022 and 2023 because they are making room to play Florida.

Right now we have 13 on the roster, with Zuzana Puc sitting ineligible to play this year due to transfer rules.
Next year we will lose Kiana Moore and Daneesha Provo to graduation, so with the addition of 3 from the 2020 recruiting class will give us 14 eligible players for the 2020-2021 season.
If I can have em for two years aiming for 2021 playoffs-
any combination of Gay, Whishnowsky, Eliss, Weddle, Carrington, Hansen, and Jaylon.
By 2021 OL, QB, RB, TE, & DE should be solid groups. LB, P, K, CB, S, DT, and WR will be the question marks.
If they’re close 2020 start Rising and prepare for 2021. Rising has already proven he can recruit players and getting him that experience is necessary for 2021.
