A few things may have contributed:
#1- Kuithe going down in the second half. We scored 21 points with Kuithe in the game, and zero points when after he got injured
#2 – Coaches calling plays to “not lose” rather than to “win”.
#3 – On the rushing yardage, maybe TSPP didn’t realize the threat he was in the first half, and they may have made some adjustments to contain him more in the second half? Just guessing on this one.
