Here’s the breakdown for the tiebreaker and the predict the score contest I’m working on (release sometime in the next decade LOL).
Lower numbers are better:
-5 points for predicting the winner.
1 point for each differential in score, per each team.
Of the 21 people tied for first 16 posted tiebreaker predictions. Of those 16 the lowest differential via the formula above was @Tomasina:
-5 for predicting the winner
21 point differential for Utah’s score
24 point differential for UCLA’s score
-5 + 21 + 24 = 40 total points. Lower numbers are better.
Stonguse was close at 40 points and joshoshensley had 41.
