Heard reports this is one of the worst quarterback classes coming into college. Get he’s highly rated, but what are some realistic expectations of the kid?
To put it in perspective, at the simple recruit-based level taking position out of the equation, he’s ranked higher than Jack Tuttle was in last year’s class. Tuttle was ranked 167th overall last year, and the 9th best pro-style QB. Daniels is ranked 102nd overall and the 2nd best dual threat QB.
Even if this year’s QB class is weaker overall, Daniels is still a better prospect than Tuttle was last year.
